Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, because of different shipping costs to international addresses, any orders ourside of the US and Canada must be completed over the phone.  Please call us at 866.989.5432 ext. 4 to process an international order.

When you place an order online, we will generally ship via USPS with normal shipping periods of 3 or 5 business days.  Although this time may be occasionally extended due to holidays or other interruptions, please feel free to contact us if you have not received your package after this time.

If you need your package sooner, please contact us, and we will do everything possible to find a solution.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If the return is the result of our error, we will refund the money to your credit card or mail a check.  Otherwise, we will refund the money in the form of store credit.  Any exceptions to this policy are at our sole discretion.
